11. Retention of Personal Information

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law:

• Customer account information: Retained for the duration of the business relationship and up to 7 years after the last transaction, in accordance with tax and accounting obligations
• Communication history (SMS, email): Kept for 2 years after the last interaction, unless you request deletion
• Consent records: Retained for the duration of the consent and up to 3 years after the withdrawal of consent, for evidentiary purposes
• Billing and payment data: Retained for 7 years in accordance with tax requirements
• Website analytics: Anonymized after 24 months

• Corrective Actions: We take immediate action to limit impacts and prevent future incidents

The notification to the persons concerned will include:

• Measures taken to reduce the risk of harm
• Steps you can take to reduce the risk of harm
• Contact information for our Privacy Officer

14. Right to data portability
